The word inequity has the meaning of a lack of equity. The meaning of equity means giving and performing the correct response based on the agreement and understood requirement. Some examples are
There are many scriptures that reflect the requirement for all of us to be righteous in all matters of person to person interactions. The requirement, as absolutely necessary established by God, is to be righteous in all matters regardless if a person is a believer in Jesus Christ with Salvation.
Isaiah 1:17 | learn to do well; seek justice, relieve the oppressed, judge the fatherless, plead for the widow. |
Micah 6:8 | He hath showed thee, O man, what is good; and what doth Jehovah require of thee, but to do justly, and to love kindness, and to walk humbly with thy God? |
Proverbs 29:7 | The righteous taketh knowledge of the cause of
the poor; The wicked hath not understanding to know it. {This means takes advantage of the poor for their advantages.} |
Colossians 4:1 | Masters, render unto your servants that which
is just and equal; knowing that ye also have a Master in heaven. Contemporary translation: Employers, render unto your workers that which is just and equal; knowing that ye also have God in heaven that is your employer to work on the Earth for God. |
Luke 20:25 | And he said unto them, Then render unto Caesar
the things that are Caesar’s, and unto God the things that are God’s. Contemporary translation: And he said unto them, Then render unto the Government and your Employer the things that are Government and your Employer, and unto God the things that are God’s. |
Matthew 7:20-23 | 20 Wherefore by their fruits ye shall know them. 21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. 22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? 23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity. |
The Word of God will never go out void and without achieving either change or condemnation in the people who hear the Word of God. These people identified in the Matthew 7:20-23 passage, will do anything for their own benefit that has the appearance of Christianity.
Isaiah 55:11 | 10 For as the rain cometh down and the snow from heaven, and returneth not thither, but watereth the earth, and maketh it bring forth and bud, and giveth seed to the sower and bread to the eater; 11 so shall my word be that goeth forth out of my mouth: it shall not return unto me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing whereto I sent it. |
The key points to reflect and understand of the Matthew 7:20-23 passage are:
When a person has Salvation then this person with Salvation will be doing the desires of God the Father in Jesus Christ's name. When Salvation is received by the true Christian, then there is a marking that cannot be lost and cannot be given away. In the Tribulation Period, there will be people accepting the Mark of the Beast which is Lucifer's counterfeit marking to the true Christian Marking of Salvation.
When we have Salvation then our action in working as Ambassador's of God will involve righteous works! The righteousness of the Christian when doing positive Works for God will always know that apart from God we can do nothing good that will obtain rewards in Heaven.
John 15:5 | I am the vine; you are the branches. Whoever abides in me and I in him, he it is that bears much fruit, for apart from me you can do nothing. |
Ephesians 2:10 | For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand, that we should walk in them. |
There are many scriptures in the positive meaning of being marked by God in the scriptures for permanent Salvation that absolutely no one can lose their Salvation:
Cain Marked No sin to prevent us from Salvation |
Is Cain Saved?
Cain was marked by God so that no one would kill Cain for the
murder that Cain
committed? |
Romans 3:23-24 | 23 for all have sinned, and fall short of the glory of God; 24 being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: |
John 6:36-38 | 36 But I said unto you, that ye have seen me, and yet believe not. 37 All that which the Father giveth me shall come unto me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out. 38 For I am come down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me. |
John 10:28-30 | 28 and I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, and no one shall snatch them out of my hand. 29 My Father, who hath given them unto me, is greater than all; and no one is able to snatch them out of the Father’s hand. 30 I and the Father are one. |
Ephesians 1:4-5 | 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ: 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before him in love: 5 having foreordained us unto adoption as sons through Jesus Christ unto himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, |
Romans 8:1 | There is therefore now no condemnation to them that are in Christ Jesus. |
Romans 8:28-30 | 28 And we know that to them that love God all things work together for good, even to them that are called according to his purpose. 29 For whom he foreknew, he also foreordained to be conformed to the image of his Son, that he might be the firstborn among many brethren: 30 and whom he foreordained, them he also called: and whom he called, them he also justified: and whom he justified, them he also glorified. |
Ephesians 1:4-6 | 3 Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, who hath blessed us with every spiritual blessing in the heavenly places in Christ: 4 even as he chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blemish before him in love: 5 having foreordained us unto adoption as sons through Jesus Christ unto himself, according to the good pleasure of his will, 6 to the praise of the glory of his grace, which he freely bestowed on us in the Beloved: |
Faith is essential for the Christian in doing good works at a testimony to God saving us, being an ambassador of God, and to earn Rewards in Heaven.
The following is excerpts from the
Faith topic: Faith, at times, can be misunderstood by all of us. Faith is an amazing and wonderful gift that enables two primary permanent benefits:
Those who gained Salvation in the Old Testament, obtained Salvation through Faith in God. When they died, they went to Upper Sheol to await the Savior Jesus Christ. Faith leads to Salvation, and is always initiated through God's Salvation Process. Without Faith in God:
Jesus Christ came to free us all who are captives of a wrecked world, that resulted from the Fall of Adam and Eve. There will be opposition, hostility and warfare against those who have Faith in Jesus Christ. With Faith in Jesus Christ, our lives will be rewarding no mater any suffering, where all suffering has benefits. The greatest benefits, in our lives, is when we live in Faith that is righteous with the guidance of the Holy Spirit, who indwells Believers, so that we are assured of our prayers are being heard. We always must take scriptures in context, knowing that there is power in prayer with righteous Faith.

It is important to understand the Matthew 7:20-23 scriptural passage is NOT pertaining to true Christians who have Jesus Christ as their Savior. Unfortunately there are Christians that will enter Eternity in Heaven because of their Faith but never accomplished the goals God had for the person.
The following is an excerpt from the
Wedding Supper of the
Lamb topic. The Wedding Supper of the Lamb is one of the joyous highlights mentioned in Revelation 19:7-10. It is part of the Rewards in Heaven. As explained in several topics in "Biblical Thoughts - For God's Glory", such as the Judgment Seat of Christ's chronological events, the Wedding Supper of the Lamb occurs moments after the Tribulation Period ends and before the 1,000 Millennial Kingdom begins. The Wedding Supper of the Lamb is an invitation only Ceremony and Festive Dinner that a subset of those who have Salvation often called Saints, from:
where all present at the Supper will celebrate the Victory of God through Jesus Christ. Saints are those who are the over-comers of the evil world through the power of the Holy Spirit. Not everyone that goes to Heaven is an over-comer, explained shortly, where many are not permitted to attend the Wedding Supper of the Lamb.
